Grande Rouge Release & Wine Pairing at Whisk Cafe $75/person

Celebrate the unveiling of our 2022 Grande Rouge, a red blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and Petit Verdot. Each ticket includes two glasses of wine—a welcome glass upon arrival and a featured pour of Grande Rouge with the tapas pairings—plus artisanal charcuterie and an elegant evening with the winemaker and family.

The chefs at Whisk Café have created a menu specially paired with Grande Rouge:

• Baby Portobello, Petite Filet, Bleu Cheese Mousse

• Herb-Encrusted Lollipop Lamb Chop with Grande Rouge Reduction

• Pumpernickel Toast, Red Onion Marmalade, Roasted Duck, Watercress

And to finish the evening on a sweet note…

• Dark Chocolate Grande Rouge Pot de Crème with Raspberries & Chocolate Whipped Cream
