This wine is made from Grüner Veltliner grapes.  These grapes originate from Austria and the wines have become popular additions to many restaurant wine lists.

Ours is a dry wine with citrus notes, notibly grapefruit.  It is a crisp nice wine for summer-time drinking.  It pairs well with seafood, asian or spicy cuisine and Turkey for your Thanksgiving dinner!
